At MINAZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure that your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original MINAZ tags still attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  Submit Request

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our warehouse receives your return, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to inspect the items and process your refund or store credit.
